Step 2:
- Once the application is received all documents are assessed. Educational documents are assessed through UK NARIC for comparison against the UKs qualification framework and to determine the right level of course for the students. Depending on the outcome of the assessment at this stage students are advised about the level of course that can be offered.
- The applicant will called for a SKYPE interview/face to face interview. Successful applicant will receive a Conditional Offer letter.
- The Conditions that the student needs to meet will be stated on the conditional letter before a CAS Number can be issued.
Step 3:
- Payment of the first year tuition fees for the chosen course [or as indicated in the conditional offer letter] – this can be in the form of cheque/bankers draft or bank transfer within 28 days from the date of offer. Admission will not be confirmed if the fee is not paid.
Step 4:
- The student will need to present the CAS Number to the British Embassy or High Commission in their home country to apply for Entry Clearance along with all required documentation.
Step 5.
- The student must inform the College about the outcome of their Entry Clearance application within 7 days of the visa issued date. Successful applicant must inform the college for their arrival date and unsuccessful applicants must follow the refund policy procedures.
Students must be aware that the conditional offer letter cannot be used for VISA PURPOSES.
Student Tuition fees can be paid via a cheque or Demand Draft payable to Empire College London, or via a Bank Transfer.
Students are requested not to pay by cash to any ECL representative in their home country in respect of admin/tuition fees. Any payments made to an ECL representatives should be made in the name of EMPIRE COLLEGE LONDON or EMPIRE COLLEGE LONDON - BIRMINGHAM BRANCH (If you are taking admission in our Birmingham Branch) via cheque/bank draft.
ECL will not be held responsible if a student makes a payment to any third party.
Apply for Visa
International students requiring a Visa in order to study in the UK should then apply for Entry Clearance.

Any false or forged documents found by the UK Embassy or High Commission will result in a 10 year ban from reapplying for any type of UK Visa, and may also result in a criminal conviction.
Student should apply for Entry Clearance at least 2 months prior to the commencement of their course.
If entry clearance is granted students must inform the admin department in order to receive relevant induction and enrolment information.
VISA REFUSED
If entry clearance/further leave to remain is refused students must contact the admin department as soon as possible with the relevant refusal documents from the Embassy / High commission / UKBA.

Student are advised to clearly states on the Application Form and be sure which branch they are applying foras they will not be able to transfer at a later date on the same Entry Clearance/Further Leave to Remain. |
