- Fees paid to Empire College London will not be refunded unless my visa has been refused (for students applying for Entry Clearance). I have fully read understand the refund policy available on the website.
- Fees paid to Empire College London will not be refunded if my further leave to remain application has been refused.
- Attendance is compulsory and absence from 10 consecutive lessons will lead to my details passed to the UK Border Agency.
- I will comply with all policies in place at ECL.
- I will comply with all policies in place by the UK Border Agency under the Tier 4 General Student category.
- My primary site of study stated in the CAS cannot be transferred to any other ECL campus at a later date.
- I am not able to change or defer my course without written permission from ECL and the UK Border Agency.
- Fees mentioned prior to starting my course are only tuition fees and will not cover exam and external body registration fees or any other expenses incurred as a student. (Travel, Accommodation etc..)
- I am responsible for the purchase of my own textbooks/laptops/computers or any other study material for my course.
- Empire College London will not find me any paid employment during my course of study.
- The UK Border Agency will be informed of my registration, attendance and progression.
- I have sufficient funds to cover my living expenses and should not rely on any part-time work.
